Delivery Details

I offer free UK Postage and Packaging. I currently sell online only to the UK .

All items are sent using a tracked and signed for service, for which I will require an email address and telephone number.

Ready to wear items are posted  to you within 1-3 business days. All items are checked before they are sent to ensure that they are in perfect condition.

Bespoke and made to order pieces have a 5-6 week lead time.

If you need something faster, please get in touch and we can see what is possible.

If you would prefer to collect your order from my studio please let me know. I can deliver within Uttlesford.


Issues With Your Order

Please ensure that all items are checked upon receipt.  In the event of any issues please do not hesitate to contact me at contact@millhousemillinery.co.uk  within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if any damage occurs during transit please do take photos of the item and packaging and let me know as soon at it arrives so I can investigate it with the delivery provider.

Please note that bespoke/custom made orders cannot be returned.

I will offer a refund if the product is returned as new, with tags attached, unworn, without damage in its original packaging.   ​Returns must be dispatched within 14 days of you notifying me there is an issue with your purchase.

Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. The items should be returned in their original hat box and packaging where possible. Due to the value of the items they must be returned using an insured, tracked and signed for service. It is important that any returns can be tracked as I cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach me.  I will process the refund within 14 days once the item is back in my possession.
